Shipping Policy

-Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.Return or exchange must be made within 3 days.

-Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged (for example: products with a cargo label attached to the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted), have lost their resaleability, and are in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

Returns of products whose labels have been removed or have been tried to be reassembled are not accepted.

Returns are not accepted if odors such as perfume etc. permeate the product.

Returns of personalized orders such as special size, length or low-cut changes are not accepted.

-To request a return or exchange, you must send a message to the WhatsApp line at 0533 832 6225, stating your reason for the return or exchange. You must also indicate your name-surname and order number in the message.

-Exchange or return of products sent without contact via WhatsApp will not be accepted.

-Your exchange or refund request will be answered via WhatsApp. 

-The products that reach us will be examined for compliance with the exchange or return conditions and a refund will be made when your request is approved.

-Products that do not comply with the exchange or return conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with a refund.
